How soon should we book Sip Tide?

Sip Tide is a fully refrigerated mobile bar trailer service based in San Diego and Southern California. We roll up with our signature bar trailer, stylish setups, and coastal charm—serving beer, wine, bubbly, and custom cocktails at weddings, corporate parties, private events and any other reasons to come together and celebrate.

Sip Tide is a dry hire bar which means you’ll purchase the alcohol separately. We can walk you through it step by step and connect you with our trusted vendors if you need it. From there, we do the rest: setup, service, and teardown.

We are able to serve at any type of private event—weddings, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, and more. For public events, please reach out directly, as it’s the client’s responsibility to secure the proper permits.

Absolutely! We’ll guide you step by step through the bar planning process and share our tips to make ordering simple and stress-free. With our connections, stocking your bar becomes a breeze.

Our mobile bar is equipped with 6 taps that can pour cocktails, wine, prosecco, beer, sodas, or juice. We can serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to match your event.

California law means alcohol must be supplied by you, your venue, or your caterer—but we’ll connect you with our trusted suppliers for wholesale pricing and easy delivery. Non-alcoholic options like mocktails, cold brew, nitro coffee, kombucha, and juices can be provided by us.

Yes. We provide licensed professional bartenders for your event. Our mobile bar setup with the trailer can accommodate up to 2 bartenders. If your event requires more, we can set up additional bar stations to keep service smooth and flowing.

We’re based in San Diego and happily travel up to 30 miles at no extra cost. For events beyond that, a small travel fee will be added.

Yes! We carry general liability insurance and can provide copies upon request.

As soon as possible! We book our events on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will lock your event date with a 50% non-refundable deposit and put the deposit toward your final payment.
